Hi Everyone, and welcome to Little Jack’s December Newsletter!
This year we have a lot to be thankful for: you, our loyal readers; the small businesses who have chosen us to help move their businesses forward; and our partners who help us do what we do and stay on top of industry trends.
In addition to that, we’re excited to announce our recent acquisition of a sizeable number of new clients from online digital marketing agency Andrew Lehman Design, which represented over 140 small- and mid-size businesses in the Chicagoland area. ALD had very high expectations and criteria for the agency that would take over the reins and keep developing the client relationships they have created. We’re honored that they chose to work with us!
This is the most rapid period of growth Little Jack Marketing has experienced since its inception, and we’re excited to rise up to the challenge. Over the last 5 years we have developed the kinds of scalable processes and systems designed to deliver marketing solutions for businesses on a wide scale.
Little Jack Marketing has a long history of working with organizations of all sizes dating back to our beginnings. Earlier in 2015, we began our partnership with The Federal Savings Bank, which has now grown to providing the social media presences of over 40 individual bankers nationwide. This project allowed us to test our systems and really think hard about how to offer the most possible value to a group of clients at the same time, while still giving dedicated attention to the unique needs of individual members within that group.
What will this new volume of clients mean for the level of customer service our current clients are used to? Simple: Being ultra-responsive has been one of our foundational principles since our very beginning, so there will not be any changes to our rate of responsiveness with our existing clients. We’ve added new internal systems for communication and customer service, including a client portal and a ticketing system which will be launched in 2016.
With the on-boarding of these new clients, Little Jack Marketing is ready for the step in our evolution. We’re currently working on a new marketing model (tentatively called “Little Systems for Big Changes”) designed to help a company of any size—from a single small business to a nationwide organization with hundreds of individual members—find a solution for all its online marketing needs.
Needless to say, these are exciting times and we’re glad to have you along for the ride. If you have any questions about any of these new services and what they may have to offer for your business, don’t hesitate to contact us.
See you all in the New Year!
